Start by selecting 'I am Employer' on the welcome screen to begin your hiring journey.

Existing employers can log in directly. New users can click 'Register' to sign up and continue.

After login, you’ll land on the employer home screen — your dashboard to manage everything.

To post a new job, click on the 'Add Job' option in the bottom navigation and fill in all required details.

Your posted jobs appear under the 'Jobs' menu. Tap on any job to view more details or make changes.

Inside each job, see full job details and the list of applicants who have applied.

From each applicant card, you can shortlist, reject, or schedule an interview directly.

View interview details, reschedule, cancel, or mark them completed in the interview section.

After a successful interview, you can mark the candidate as 'Hired' or 'Rejected' to close the process.
