Welcome to JointerX (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, JointerX (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
  • By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of the App

  • Do not impersonate another person or entity.
  • Do not post or transmit content that is misleading, defamatory, or harmful.
  • Do not use the App for fraudulent activity or to violate any applicable laws.
  • Users are responsible for verifying job listings, employer identities, and offers. JointerX does not guarantee the authenticity of any content posted by other users.

4. Employer and Candidate Content

  • Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of job listings they post.
  • Candidates are responsible for ensuring the truthfulness of their profile and application data.
  • We do not guarantee job placements, interview selections, or hiring outcomes.

Job Requirements Disclaimer: Job requirements such as age, gender, experience, location, or role-specific preferences are defined solely by employers. JointerX does not influence, mandate, or endorse such criteria and acts only as a technology platform for publishing employer-provided information.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by JointerX.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your actions cause harm to the platform or its users.

7. Platform Role and Responsibility

JointerX serves solely as a digital platform to connect employers and candidates for recruitment-related communication. When a candidate applies for a job, their application details and communication address are shared with the respective employer in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

JointerX does not participate in, endorse, or guarantee any job offers, interviews, employment, or financial transactions between users. We do not request or authorize any payment, fee, or deposit from users without official notice through verified channels.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of listings, employer identities, and offers. JointerX shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.

Verification Scope: JointerX may perform basic verification measures such as mobile number and email confirmation to improve platform trust. However, JointerX does not conduct comprehensive background checks, business registration verification, or legal validation of employers or candidates unless explicitly stated. Users are advised to exercise independent judgment and due diligence.

No Employment Relationship: Use of the JointerX platform does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or contractual relationship between JointerX and any user, employer, recruitment agency, or candidate.

Interview & Interaction Safety: JointerX does not supervise, monitor, or participate in interviews, workplace interactions, or physical meetings between users. Users are responsible for ensuring their own safety during interviews, meetings, or employment-related interactions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting fraudulent or misleading job listings or applications.
  • Requesting or offering money, favors, or benefits for employment.
  • Misusing other users’ information obtained through the App.
  • Any other activity deemed harmful or illegal by JointerX.

9. Moderation Rights

We reserve the right to review, remove, or suspend any job listing, candidate profile, or content that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to other users.

JointerX takes action on reported content, complaints, or suspicious activity based on internal review processes. Absence of immediate action does not imply endorsement of any listing, employer, or user activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, JointerX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • We are not liable for loss of data, employment opportunities, business outcomes, or unauthorized communications.
  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless JointerX from any claims arising from their use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

12. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on the website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

JointerX is an evolving platform. Verification processes, safety measures, and platform features may be enhanced or modified over time based on operational needs, usage patterns, and regulatory considerations.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India.
