Welcome to JointerX (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application, JointerX (“App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Job Requirements Disclaimer: Job requirements such as age, gender, experience, location, or role-specific preferences are defined solely by employers. JointerX does not influence, mandate, or endorse such criteria and acts only as a technology platform for publishing employer-provided information.
JointerX serves solely as a digital platform to connect employers and candidates for recruitment-related communication. When a candidate applies for a job, their application details and communication address are shared with the respective employer in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
JointerX does not participate in, endorse, or guarantee any job offers, interviews, employment, or financial transactions between users. We do not request or authorize any payment, fee, or deposit from users without official notice through verified channels.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of listings, employer identities, and offers. JointerX shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.
Verification Scope: JointerX may perform basic verification measures such as mobile number and email confirmation to improve platform trust. However, JointerX does not conduct comprehensive background checks, business registration verification, or legal validation of employers or candidates unless explicitly stated. Users are advised to exercise independent judgment and due diligence.
No Employment Relationship: Use of the JointerX platform does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or contractual relationship between JointerX and any user, employer, recruitment agency, or candidate.
Interview & Interaction Safety: JointerX does not supervise, monitor, or participate in interviews, workplace interactions, or physical meetings between users. Users are responsible for ensuring their own safety during interviews, meetings, or employment-related interactions.
We reserve the right to review, remove, or suspend any job listing, candidate profile, or content that violates these Terms, is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to other users.
JointerX takes action on reported content, complaints, or suspicious activity based on internal review processes. Absence of immediate action does not imply endorsement of any listing, employer, or user activity.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
JointerX offers optional paid promotional services for eligible job postings through Google Play Billing. Promotional services are intended solely to improve the visibility and presentation of eligible job postings within the JointerX platform.
Purchasing a promotion does not guarantee applications, candidate responses, profile views, interviews, hiring, impressions, clicks, or any specific recruitment outcome. Job performance depends on various factors including job role, salary, location, employer profile, job description, candidate demand, market conditions, and other factors beyond JointerX's control.
Featured Job promotion enhances an eligible job posting by displaying it with a premium featured job card and priority placement within the Featured Jobs section on the Home screen for the purchased promotion period.
Featured Job promotions are subject to limited platform availability. At any given time, only up to 10 Featured Job promotions may be active across the JointerX platform. If all Featured Job slots are occupied, new Featured promotions cannot be purchased until one or more slots become available.
Promotional services may only be purchased for job postings that are eligible for promotion at the time of purchase.
A promotion cannot be purchased if the selected job posting is:
If a job posting becomes ineligible before purchase verification is completed, JointerX reserves the right to prevent activation of the promotion.
Before completing a promotion purchase, JointerX may display one or more warning messages to help employers make informed decisions.
The employer remains solely responsible for deciding whether to continue with the purchase.
Promotions are generally activated shortly after successful purchase verification. In some situations, activation may take additional time due to payment verification, Google Play synchronization, network delays, or technical processing.
If a purchased promotion is not activated immediately, please wait for a reasonable period of time, reopen the application, and check the promotion status before contacting JointerX Support.
Once activated, a promotion begins immediately and continues until its predetermined expiration time.
Promotion duration cannot be paused, suspended, restarted, transferred, extended, or carried forward.
Before closing or pausing a promoted job posting, JointerX displays a warning informing the employer that the promotion will continue until its scheduled expiration.
Once a promotion has started, it continues running until its predetermined end time regardless of whether the associated job is Open, Paused, Closed by the employer, or automatically closed after reaching its application deadline.
Closing, pausing, deleting, removing, or allowing a promoted job to expire does not pause, suspend, restart, extend, or refund the promotional period.
Job postings with an active promotion cannot be deleted until the promotion has expired or otherwise ended.
All payments are securely processed through Google Play Billing. Google Play is responsible for payment processing, supported payment methods, payment authorization, and transaction security.
JointerX does not collect, process, or store users' debit card, credit card, UPI, banking, or other payment credentials.
Employers may download a non-tax purchase receipt for each completed purchase by navigating to:
Settings → Payments & Billing → Select Purchase → Download Receipt
Purchase receipts are provided solely for record-keeping purposes and do not constitute a tax invoice, GST invoice, or any other government-recognized tax document unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Refund eligibility is governed by Google Play's applicable refund policies and relevant consumer protection laws. If Google Play revokes, refunds, reverses, or cancels a purchase, JointerX may immediately remove or cancel the associated promotional benefits.
JointerX reserves the right to modify promotional pricing, promotion durations, visibility algorithms, placement methods, promotion features, Featured Job slot availability, and eligibility requirements at any time. Such changes will not affect promotions that have already been successfully activated unless required by applicable law.
Promotional services improve the visibility of eligible job postings within JointerX. However, JointerX does not guarantee that a promoted job will appear before every other job posting at all times. Job placement may vary depending on the selected promotional service, platform availability, user preferences, relevance, system operations, and other operational factors.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App or on the website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
JointerX is an evolving platform. Verification processes, safety measures, and platform features may be enhanced or modified over time based on operational needs, usage patterns, and regulatory considerations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India.
