Job Posting Policy

This Job Posting Policy governs the submission, publication, moderation, and removal of job listings on JointerX. By posting a job, employers agree to comply with this policy and all applicable laws.
1. Eligibility & Publishing
- Employers must complete Mobile Number Verification and Email Address Verification before posting jobs.
- Employers who complete Business Verification may be eligible for faster publishing privileges.
- Job postings may be reviewed prior to publication at JointerX’s discretion.
- Even after publication, listings remain subject to monitoring and compliance review.
- Repeated violations may result in temporary restriction, suspension, or permanent removal of employer privileges.
2. Job Content Requirements
All job postings must meet the following standards:
- Job Title: Must be clear, accurate, and not misleading.
- Job Description:
- Contain a minimum of 180 characters.
- Clearly outline responsibilities and expectations.
- Not include salary or payment discussion.
- Not include phone numbers, email addresses, WhatsApp numbers, or external links.
- Not request candidates to contact outside the JointerX platform.
- Salary Range:
- Be specified in the designated salary field.
- Reasonably align with the job role, experience level, and location.
- Not contain exaggerated or misleading earning claims.
- Required Skills:
- Directly relate to the job role.
- Not include irrelevant or misleading keywords.
- Application Deadline:
- Be within sixty (60) days from the date of posting.
- Not be set to a past date.
Incomplete or misleading job postings may be rejected.
3. Prohibited Activities
Employers must not:
- Request payment, deposits, registration fees, or training charges from candidates.
- Post fake, duplicate, or misleading job listings.
- Impersonate another company, recruiter, or organization.
- Promote investment schemes, cryptocurrency opportunities, referral-chain programs, or non-genuine employment offers.
- Use JointerX to collect, scrape, copy, or misuse candidate data for marketing, resale, or unrelated purposes.
- Direct candidates to communicate outside the JointerX platform.
Violations may result in immediate removal of the job posting and account restrictions.
4. Candidate Protection & Professional Conduct
Employers must:
- Communicate professionally and respectfully.
- Avoid discriminatory hiring practices in violation of applicable laws.
- Avoid requesting sensitive personal information unless necessary for legitimate hiring purposes.
- Conduct interviews in a lawful and ethical manner.
5. Compliance & Responsibility
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they post.
- Employers must comply with applicable labor laws, wage regulations, and anti-discrimination laws.
- Providing false or misleading company identity or job information may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
6. Identity & Authenticity Declaration
- By posting a job, employers confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
- Employers confirm that they are authorized to hire for the advertised position.
- False representation or misstatement of company identity may result in permanent suspension.
7. Monitoring & Enforcement
- JointerX reserves the right to review, modify, suspend, remove, or restrict visibility of any job posting that violates this policy.
- JointerX may suspend or terminate employer accounts in cases of serious or repeated violations.
- In cases of suspected fraud or urgent safety concerns, JointerX may immediately suspend employer access without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
JointerX is a technology platform connecting employers and candidates. While moderation measures are applied, JointerX does not independently verify every job posting or employer claim. JointerX does not guarantee employment outcomes and is not responsible for employer conduct beyond reasonable moderation efforts. Users engage at their own discretion.
9. Policy Updates
JointerX reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
