Job Description

We are looking for a TeleCaller (Full Time, Onsite) based in New Delhi, Delhi with a salary of 1 – 2 LPA. The ideal candidate should have Fresher-level experience and hold a 12th Pass degree or equivalent. We have 2 - 5 opening(s) for this role. As a TeleCaller, your key responsibilities will include: • Make outbound calls to leads and prospects • Explain products or services clearly and persuasively • Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information • Maintain call records and update CRM • Follow up with leads to convert to customers • Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets • Handle objections professionally and politely • Escalate complex queries to senior team members Interested candidates should apply before 13-12-2026.
